It continues to be a great pleasure to work with Dr. Barbara Morrison-Rodriguez! I have worked with Dr. Morrison-Rodriguez for nearly 10 years in various roles and programs such as HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis, Substance abuse, and Mental health. She continues to be very detail oriented, thorough, and deliberate in effectively measuring processes and outcomes.
Dr. Barbara Morrison-Rodriguez is very diligent about highlighting and expanding on program successes, but is also equally diligent when it comes to identifying areas for improvement and working with the staff to identify strategies to improve both program and participant outcomes.
Dr. Morrison-Rodriguez understands data represents people. She is passionate about ensuring an accurate, yet respectful portrayal of the communities being served. She has mastered the skill of reporting and communicating risk/protective factors and trends among marginalized populations in a way that fosters pride and resiliency.
Dr. Barbara is an expert in her field, and has been for several years. However, she is aware of the fact that people, trends and programs change continuously. As a result, she is very passionate about listening to feedback from direct service staff, attending trainings, conducting independent research, and learning new things to sharpen her skills.
Dr. Barbara Morrison-Rodriguez is not just our Evaluator, she’s a member of our team!
